A medical intern’s perspective on the application of Information Therapy.

“Given the changing social and economic level of the Indian population over the past, there is a marked change in the way people healthcare. A patient frustrated with inadequate, incomplete and irrelevant information about his condition and the treatment modalities available v/s the doctor or the healthcare provider who has limitations of time. The talk would focus on the role of Info-therapy to make way for a win-win situation for the patient and the doctor.

Currently interning at Seth G.S. Medical College & KEM hospital. Have been a firm believer in the idea of freedom of choice in every aspect of life, including healthcare. Preparing to move to the next step and speciality after completion of internship.
